DUALINTEG GmbH was founded in 2022 from the sole proprietorship WHP-Personalconsulting.

The company was founded with the legal form of a limited liability company (GmbH), as this facilitates the recruitment of personnel and the conclusion of contracts with foreign companies.

WHP-Personalconsulting had been successfully recruiting specialists and executives for 30 years. The knowledge acquired during this time has been transferred to DUALINTEG GmbH.
