Prof. Dr. Harald Fien

Studied electrical engineering at the TU Braunschweig, graduating in 1988 with a degree in engineering.

This was followed by a research stay at the University of Texas in Austin and, in 1992, a doctorate in engineering on a high-voltage engineering topic at the TU Braunschweig.

He then moved to Siemens AG and since the mid-1990s has been in charge of various product businesses in the field of energy transmission and distribution. This involved responsibility for a large number of locations in Germany and abroad with process and personnel responsibility for development, production and sales. In 2011/12, he was based in Hangzhou, China.

In 2014, he moved to the personnel consultancy Wisniewski, Hallier und Partner (WHP Personalconsulting & Executive Search) and then took over the company completely as owner and managing director in 2015.

Other: Memberships of various supervisory boards, honorary work as a judge at the Berlin Labor Court and work on the Members' Council of the Association of the Metal and Electrical Industry Berlin and Brandenburg.

From 2006 visiting professor at the BTU Brandenburg University of Technology and 2011 appointment as honorary professor for “Global Business with Energy Products”.

2022 Foundation of DUALINTEG GmbH and sole shareholder and managing director.
